The self-proclaimed “world’s sexiest albino” activist, Sir Maejor Page, is currently on trial for allegedly defrauding donors of nearly $500,000 through a phony Black Lives Matter charitable group he established. Page, also known as Tyree Conyers-Page, faces federal charges of wire fraud and money laundering, among others. Authorities revealed that Page set up a bank account and social media page under the guise of a charitable foundation and received a significant increase in donations following George Floyd’s death in May 2020.

Despite claiming that the donated funds would be used for movement-related causes, authorities discovered that Page had used the money for personal expenses such as food, dining, entertainment, clothing, and even the purchase of a residence and weapons. The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation distanced itself from Page, stating that he was not affiliated with the organization. Page’s trial in Toledo, Ohio has seen FBI agents testifying that although Page did not directly solicit donations, he misled donors about the legitimacy of his group through videos posted on social media.

In these videos, Page is seen flaunting lavish purchases and expensive attire, leading investigators to believe that the donations were being spent on personal indulgences. However, Page’s attorney argued that a significant portion of the funds raised was never spent as the government seized a large sum when Page was arrested. Page’s defense also claimed that the real estate purchased in Ohio was intended for a battered women’s shelter. Donors who testified asserted that they believed Page’s group was affiliated with the national Black Lives Matter organization due to its similar name.

The trial is ongoing, with FBI agents presenting evidence of Page’s extravagant spending and misleading behavior. Page’s attorney maintains that the videos were simply a display of youthful boasting and that the seized funds indicate that not all donations were misused. The Black Lives Matter Foundation reiterated that it has no connection to Page or the organization he founded, emphasizing that attempts to associate the two are baseless and untrue. The trial is expected to continue throughout the week, shedding light on the alleged fraudulent activities of the self-proclaimed activist.
