Ukraine has also utilized drones on land and in the air to carry out attacks on Russian personnel, including an alleged attempt to target the Kremlin itself. While Ukraine did not officially claim responsibility for the attack, the U.S. indicated that Ukrainian intelligence or special military forces were likely behind it.
