From walking and participating in charitable events to practicing traditional Japanese arts like ikebana and sumi-e, she keeps her mind and body engaged. Although her favorite activity these days is sleeping, she continues to find joy in spending time with her various hobbies. She also appreciates the simple pleasures in life, such as enjoying a bowl of noodles, a food she has loved since childhood.

In her autobiography, Yoshiko Miwa reflects on her life experiences, travels, and memories of her childhood on the family farm. She shares stories of picking wild violets with her sister, long walks to school, and the support she received from her community during difficult times. Throughout her life, her optimistic outlook and ability to find joy in everyday activities have been key to her well-being and longevity.
