Days later on April 20, a similar incident occurred in Thornlie, where a man approached an 11-year-old girl, exposed himself, and engaged in inappropriate conversation of a sexual nature. The girl reported the incident to her family, prompting the police to investigate. The man involved in this incident was described as fair-skinned, 17 to 18 years old, and given the proximity of the incidents and the similar description, police are looking into whether the two incidents are linked.
