As the country faces a huge rental and mortgage crisis, cash-strapped Australians are being given the chance to win two luxurious villas on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast worth $6.3 million.

The lucky winner of RSL Art Union’s Draw 403 will receive two villas in Noosa with views of Lake Weyba.

For just a $5 ticket, Australians can enter the draw to win the villas that come fully furnished with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two car garages.

One villa also has its own pool, while the other has access to the shared pool.

The winner would have the option to either live in one villa and rent the other for an estimated $80,600 a year or rent out both for $161,200.

Alternatively, the winner could also simply sell both to become an instant multi-millionaire.

The winner will also have the opportunity to enjoy an intimate dining experience within their new property for eight of their closest friends.

“The kitchen is fully equipped for the home chef and the best part about these villas is that they sit right at the doorstep of my restaurant, Alba Noosa,” Kuruvita said..

“Noosa truly is a foodie paradise, and these villas offer the best of resort living.

“The kitchen comes complete with all the trimmings, such as a Vintec wine fridge and an oven with self-opening doors.

“I’ve been a fan of RSL Art Union for some time now and my family has been purchasing tickets to its prize home lotteries for years, so I look forward to meeting the winner of these impressive villas – I actually already know someone who has walked away with the prize in the past!”

All proceeds of the RSL Art Union’s Draw will go back back to supporting veterans and provide much-needed assistance to fund programs for veterans across Australia.

The draw closes on March 1 at 8pm (AEST).

The lucky winner will be drawn at 10am on Wednesday March 8 (AEST).
