Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a federal sex trafficking investigation and has been named as a defendant in a new lawsuit alleging that his son, Christian Combs, sexually assaulted a woman on a yacht that Sean had chartered for a trip at the end of 2022. The lawsuit alleges that Christian assaulted the woman while she was working on the boat, which was sold as a family excursion but turned into a hedonistic environment. The suit accuses Christian of sexual assault, harassment, and infliction of emotional distress, while Sean is being sued for premises liability and aiding and abetting in the alleged assault.

The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court by Grace O’Marcaigh details the alleged assault, including audio recordings of the incident. O’Marcaigh claims that Christian Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her while she was working as a steward on the yacht, witnessing drug use and partying among celebrities and suspected sex workers. After being pressured to drink shots of tequila that she believes were spiked, O’Marcaigh alleges that Christian assaulted her by groping her inappropriately. The suit also includes details of bruising on O’Marcaigh’s arm allegedly caused by Christian Combs.

Following the alleged assault, O’Marcaigh’s mental health deteriorated, leading to anxiety, panic attacks, severe suicidal ideations, an eating disorder, and epileptic seizures. She claims that when she reported the incident to the yacht captain, she faced retaliation until she was terminated. O’Marcaigh is seeking unspecified damages, and her attorney commended her bravery in coming forward with her truth, hoping that it will inspire others to do the same. This lawsuit is the first to accuse Christian Combs of sexual assault, while his father, Sean Combs, has faced similar allegations from multiple women.

The allegations against Sean Combs have also led to a federal investigation, with agents from Homeland Security Investigations searching his properties in Los Angeles and Miami, discovering firearms and seizing phones. Christian Combs was detained during the search at his father’s Los Angeles home but was not arrested. Authorities are looking into allegations of statutory rape against Sean Combs. At least three women and one man have been interviewed by federal investigators regarding allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms. Combs’ attorney has denied the allegations, describing the search as an ambush and dismissing the claims made in civil lawsuits as meritless.
