Icosavax, a biotech company developing vaccines, was acquired by AstraZeneca for up to $1.1 billion. Treasury4, a financial and treasury management startup, raised $20 million.

Last year’s winner of the Deal of the Year award was the $3.6 billion acquisition of Bellevue-based game development studio Bungie by Sony. The GeekWire Awards aim to recognize top innovators and companies in the Pacific Northwest technology sector.
