A man in California was arrested for attempted murder after trying to run over a porn star and beating him with a golf club following the filming of a scene with his ex-girlfriend. The incident occurred on April 2 when James Gosselin rammed his truck into Bradley Hamilton’s motorcycle in a fit of jealousy. Gosselin was outraged that Hamilton and his former lover, identified as “Gia,” had made an adult movie together, leading to the violent encounter.

After hitting Hamilton’s motorcycle, causing him to lose balance, Gosselin was seen trying to cover his face with a ski mask before getting out of his truck with a golf club. While Gosselin attempted to strike Hamilton with the golf club, Hamilton managed to tackle him and punched him in the face, cracking his orbital bone. Police arrived at the scene and found Gosselin in possession of the ski mask, golf club, and an illegal gun in his truck. Gosselin was briefly hospitalized but released shortly after for an unspecified medical reason.

Following the incident, Hamilton received a threatening text from Gosselin warning that he was out and looking for him. Gosselin had a reputation for carrying a weapon and had reportedly told Gia of his plan to wait for Hamilton on the street, murder him, and load his body into his truck. Gosselin was arrested on April 4 and charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and illegal possession of a loaded gun in public. He posted a $1 million bond the next day and was released from jail.

The altercation stemmed from Gosselin’s anger over his breakup with Gia in February and her subsequent relationship with Hamilton. The incident revealed a violent reaction fueled by jealousy and revenge, leading to the criminal charges against Gosselin. Despite being released on bond, Gosselin’s actions highlight the dangers of jealousy and how they can escalate into violent confrontations. The incident serves as a reminder of the potential consequences of unresolved emotions and the need to address conflicts in a non-violent manner to prevent harm to oneself and others.
