Barbara Corcoran, a star on the hit TV show “Shark Tank,” recently visited Costco for the first time and shared her experience on Instagram. She described it as the “very best day of my life,” leading curious followers to zoom in on her shopping cart to see what she purchased. Among her haul were items like Bounty paper towels, Cascade dishwasher detergent, Tide laundry detergent, Diet Coke, Oreos, and Scott’s bath tissue.

One of the smart purchases Corcoran made was the Bounty Advanced Paper Towels, which are currently on sale at Costco with a $5.50 discount. She also picked up a container of Cascade Complete Dishwasher Detergent Actionpacs, which have a $4.80 manufacturer’s savings until May 5. Additionally, she bought Tide laundry detergent, which is also discounted by $4 for Costco members.

In addition to household products, Corcoran also stocked up on some food items during her Costco trip. She picked up a 35-count package of Diet Coke, which is a cost-effective way to buy soda in bulk. She also grabbed a variety pack of Oreos, which are currently on sale at Costco for $3.50 off their original price. However, her purchase of Scott’s Bath Tissue, which has 36 rolls per package, sparked some controversy among Reddit users who debated the merits of this brand versus Charmin.

Some Reddit users suggested that Corcoran should have bought Charmin instead of Scott’s, as it is currently on sale at Costco with a $5.80 discount. Others defended her choice, noting that Scott’s is septic-safe, sewer-safe, and plumbing safe. One user shared a personal experience of having plumbing issues due to using Charmin, leading to the recommendation of Scott’s. Ultimately, Corcoran’s Costco shopping trip was a mix of practical household items and some indulgent treats like Oreos and Diet Coke.
