Former “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have responded to allegations made by Rachel Leviss, denying her claims that they distributed sexually explicit videos of her without her consent. Leviss filed a lawsuit in February accusing the pair of eavesdropping, revenge porn, invasion of privacy, and causing emotional distress. Madix and Sandoval filed separate responses in Los Angeles County Superior Court, denying the allegations.

In her response, Madix cited California’s anti-SLAPP law and requested that the court strike Leviss’ complaint. She refuted claims that she distributed sexually explicit videos of Leviss without her knowledge, stating that she only saw the video in secluded places and did not share it with anyone else. Madix also revealed that she had discovered the videos on Sandoval’s phone in a locked bathroom stall and made recordings of them.

Sandoval also filed a response in which he called Leviss’ lawsuit a “thinly veiled attempt” to extend her fame and rebrand herself as a victim. He denied allegations that he recorded sexually explicit clips of Leviss without her consent and argued that the videos were created and shared consensually during FaceTime calls. Sandoval requested that the court strike Leviss’ lawsuit in its entirety and eliminate her request for special compensatory damages.

In support of their responses, Madix and Sandoval included declarations from their lawyers and digital forensics experts. They claimed that Leviss’ allegations lacked sufficient evidence and failed to prove intentional or fraudulent conduct on their part. Leviss’ attorneys Mark Geragos and Bryan Freedman responded by calling Sandoval’s actions disturbing and accusing him of leveraging the claims for media attention and perpetuating victim-blaming.

The legal battle between the former “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars continues, with Madix and Sandoval denying Leviss’ allegations and seeking to have her lawsuit dismissed. The scandal known among Bravo fans as “Scandoval” remains a topic of contention as the reality TV personalities fight back against the accusations of revenge porn and invasion of privacy. The outcome of the court proceedings will determine the future of the case and the reputations of those involved.
