Christine Quinn, star of Selling Sunset, is seeking to expedite her restraining order request against her estranged husband, Christian Richard, after he allegedly evaded being served with the court documents. Quinn filed a request for alternate service of her court motion, claiming that Richard has been in hiding. She believes that Richard not receiving the temporary restraining order could allow him to violate it repeatedly without facing consequences. The TRO would prevent Richard from having contact with their son and entering their marital residence. Quinn is also looking to serve the TRO through Richard’s attorney, who has allegedly refused to accept the documents and provide details about Richard’s whereabouts.

According to Quinn, Richard has been elusive and reportedly last seen in public on March 27. She believes he may be hiding out at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills under an alias. Quinn claims that due to the couple’s public image, they have taken security precautions in the past to evade detection. She last saw Richard on March 20 when she fled following his arrest for assault with a deadly weapon. Despite trying to work with a process server, Quinn has been unable to locate Richard to serve the TRO. She hired a private investigator, fearing that finding him would be impossible.

Quinn alleges that she has been continually blocked from gaining access to Richard or receiving any assistance from his counsel. She claimed that one of Richard’s attorneys physically blocked her from entering her home, violating the TRO. The house was left intentionally in a hazardous condition and her belongings were allegedly taken by the attorney to give to Richard. Quinn further detailed a confrontation with the attorney, who made threatening remarks and refused to leave the property, escalating the situation.

The altercation between Quinn and Richard in March resulted in Richard allegedly throwing a bag of glass at Quinn, which missed her and hit their 3-year-old son. Richard was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and taken into custody. He was released the next day but breached the TRO upon returning home and was arrested again. Richard filed for divorce from Quinn on April 5, citing irreconcilable differences. Quinn has not responded to his motion. The ongoing legal battle between Quinn and Richard continues as Quinn seeks to expedite her restraining order request against her estranged husband.
