Syria rejects the findings of the report of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons
The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said today, Saturday, that the report of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which held the Syrian government responsible for a chemical weapon attack on the city of Douma in 2018, did not include any evidence, and denied the allegations.
On Friday, the international organization said that an investigation that lasted for nearly two years concluded that at least one Syrian military helicopter dropped gas canisters on residential buildings in Douma, killing 43 people.
