At least 20 people were killed and 29 injured in a bus accident in the Asir region, southwestern Saudi Arabia.
And the official Saudi Al-Ekhbariya channel reported that the accident occurred at four in the afternoon on Monday in the Aqabat Shaar area in Asir.
The bus was carrying passengers on their way from Khamis Mushayt to the city of Abha.
According to preliminary estimates, the bus crashed into the end of a bridge in the Aqabat Shaar area as a result of a “problem with the car,” according to Al-Ekhbariya TV.
Al-Ekhbariya reported that most of the injured in the accident “suffer from burns as a result of the bus fire after the collision, and they are receiving the necessary care.”
