The statement, which was also addressed to Abdullah Batili, the UN envoy, denounced “the many statements that result from the committee” and accused it of “exceeding its work, to choosing the number of members of the House of Representatives from increasing the seats,” and holding it “historical and political responsibility before the people, and what might happen.” From differences between the people of the same country ».

The statement, which valued the work of the committee and the agreements reached, also held the Presidency of the House of Representatives responsible for signing or approving any amendment without referring to the dome of Parliament. The statement called on the members of the committee, out of respect for their fellow deputies, their parliament, and all Libyan people who are voters at the district level, not to approve any amendments without referring to the parliament, and not to interfere in parliamentary seats by increasing or decreasing them, and leaving them for the next constitution.
