Khalifa Port enters the Guinness Book of Records

Khalifa Port, which is affiliated with the Abu Dhabi Ports Group, and one of the most advanced deep-water ports in the world, achieved a record in the “Guinness Book of Records” by forming the largest logo / image in the world using shipping containers.

The Abu Dhabi Ports Group logo was formed by collecting 676 containers at the southern berth of Khalifa Port, where the total length of the logo reached 1,000.4 meters, while its width reached 174 meters, achieving nearly double the previous record set by the Tanjung Pagar terminal in Singapore in 2017 with a total of 359 containers.

Saif Al Mazrouei, CEO of the Ports Sector – Abu Dhabi Ports Group, expressed his pride in Khalifa Port achieving this record, pointing out that achieving the Guinness World Records title reflects the group’s ability to continue setting new standards, and highlights its position as a leading provider of logistics services with the best levels of efficiency.
