The LA Clippers are gearing up for an intense playoff battle after completing their final regular season at Crypto.com Arena. However, in the background, preparation for the grand opening of the Intuit Dome is in full force. For team owner Steve Ballmer, the top priority for the franchise and the privately-funded arena is the fan experience. This has been a major focus during tours, press conferences, and announcements in relation to the new basketball venue.

Part of the strategy to enhance the fan experience includes the creation of a specialized section called ‘The Wall.’ This section will consist of 51 consecutive rows without suites, located on the baseline adjacent to the visitor’s bench. The team plans to reserve this section for its most dedicated fans, who will need to become ‘Chuckmark certified’ by passing specific protocols during the sign-up process.

The Clippers are introducing a unique ticket package called the ‘Ultimate Wall Pass’ for the 2024-25 season. Priced at $1,299 per pass, this package will give fans access to all 41 regular season games at Intuit Dome. Pass holders will have the opportunity to reserve their seat for each game they plan to attend and will be seated based on their arrival time on game days, encouraging early entry.

For fans who cannot attend all home games, the team is offering a ‘Shareable Ultimate Wall Pass’ for an additional $800. This pass will allow users to share their pass with three friends, similar to sharing a Netflix account or NBA League Pass. This option provides flexibility for fans with unpredictable schedules.

The Wall Pass holders will also benefit from early access to playoff tickets, discounted concessions, exclusive merchandise drops, and a dedicated entrance at Intuit Dome. Purchasers of the pass are required to abide by the “Wall Code,” which includes rules to ensure that fans do not support the opposing team or wear their gear in the section. Failure to comply with the rules may result in losing access to the section.

The Intuit Dome is set to open in four months, with the Clippers organization planning to move their headquarters and private offices to the site in June. The opening performance will feature Bruno Mars on August 15 and 16. Fans looking for more information about the new ticket package can find details on the team’s website as they prepare for the upcoming season at Intuit Dome. As the Clippers continue to focus on enhancing the fan experience, introducing innovative ticket packages like the Wall Pass is a significant step towards engaging and rewarding their most dedicated supporters.
