Thousands of customers have reported a major outage affecting the NAB mobile banking app.
“Connection Failed,” a message on the app reads. “We’re having trouble connecting. Give it a minute and have another go.”
Customers reported the issue from about 3.15pm AEST, according to Down Detector.

“How are you supposed to access/transfer money on the weekend??” one customer wrote.
