Dokic’s bestselling first book, Unbreakable, traced her difficult journey as a rising young tennis player under the tutelage of her allegedly violent and abusive father.

Taking to Instagram to announce the release of Fearless, Dokic said her second book would be about how to find hope “when all is lost”.

“Here it is! So excited to announce my second book titled FEARLESS,” she wrote.

“And here is a little sneak peek at what it’s about.

“How do you find hope when all is lost?

“How do you find strength when you feel broken?

“How do you find your voice when you feel worthless and scared?”

The former world No.4 shared the book’s blurb with her followers, noting that Fearless follows on from Unbreakable’s story of overcoming “adversity, poverty and violence” to rise to the top of the tennis world.

“Fearless is about how you reclaim life when all feels lost,” the blurb states.

“It’s about learning to reach out for help and healing.

“It’s about speaking up and the power of sharing our stories.
