The Dom fruit, the Doum palm, or the African palm, is a fruit that originates from the North African region and thrives along the Nile River in Egypt and Sudan. However, this fruit is widely sold in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to clinical nutritionist and health coach Faten Fawaz in her talk to “Madam Net” about the benefits of the dom for women.
