Expo 2020 Dubai launched its official application to ensure the ease and follow-up of all its activities, as it began its journey on the first of October 2021 AD, through a legendary opening ceremony that the whole world watched, and the exhibition is scheduled to last for 182 days.
The official application of “Expo” provides many services to various users, as it reviews all information related to “Expo Dubai 2020”, and helps in choosing the interests of visitors, and choosing their own programs to visit, and its features include the following:
– Choose between food and beverage outlets and register for culinary events.
– Create a personal program of different offers and events that the user wants to visit, as he proposes the results that are most suitable for his interests.
– Purchasing Expo 2020 Dubai tickets through the application, and managing the reservation system after booking the ticket, as it gives visitors the ability to book an appropriate period of time to visit a pavilion of their choice and avoid waiting in queues.
– Search for any information via Chatbot, a chat and customer service app that provides details of opening times, parking options and how to get to the Expo 2020 site using Dubai’s extensive public transportation options.
The application allows visitors to create an account in Expo 2020 or link their account on social media, as well as use an interactive map of the Expo 2020 site supported by the Global Positioning System (GPS), and detailed instructions to reach various destinations across the Expo 2020 site.

The application was developed in cooperation with Accenture, the official digital services partner for Expo 2020, and is available for download via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The exhibition is expected to attract more than 25 million people, and the UAE has prepared well to host this event, as more than 80,000 hotel rooms were equipped with all high-level facilities and services for visitors during the exhibition period.
The exhibition will be held on an area of 438 hectares in the Jebel Ali area, near Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port.
