British charity fundraiser Russ Cook has completed his journey of running the length of Africa, totaling over 16,000km (9,940 miles) across 16 countries in 352 days. Starting from Cape Agulhas in South Africa, Cook faced challenges such as a robbery in Angola, back pain in Nigeria, and visa issues in Algeria, but ultimately persevered. Cook, known by his social media nickname Hardest Geezer, set out on this mission to raise funds for two charities – The Running Charity and Sandblast, raising over 690,000 pounds ($870,000) in the process.
